Are you unhappy with your order? We're very sorry to hear that, and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the address on the return form. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we at TecEye have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.

Customers have the legal right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product.
